I helped lead the creation of a unified platform where fans could personalize their feed, join team-specific "Authentic Fan" communities, and get video, stories, stats, and social features all in one place. The impact was significant: page views jumped 78%, monthly visits grew 400%, and time spent increased 158%—turning NBC Sports into a real fan-first destination.
