Lela Feldmeier
I’m Lela, an independent strategist and designer based in Brooklyn. I spent more than a decade at agencies including ustwo, Postlight, and Code & Theory, working on everything from a founder’s first idea to platforms used by millions. I help teams decide what’s worth making, design how it works, and manage the project through delivery. I’m hands-on with research, concepts, and wireframes, and equally comfortable setting a schedule, coordinating a team, and keeping decisions moving. I like understanding a problem before jumping to an answer, then staying close enough to help the work take shape.
