Citi needed a way to test new digital banking ideas faster, without committing huge resources upfront. Through the D10X innovation program, I coached in-house teams and guided strategy, design, and testing. Overall, the program produced 50+ mobile banking concepts, supported by over 200 hours of user research. The work led to multiple successful launches and changed how Citi approaches innovation—creating new processes that stuck and continue shaping digital banking across the US and UK.
