As lead strategist, I guided the project from audit through testing to delivery—establishing platform principles and figuring out how disease-specific treatments could work within a unified system. Along the way, I built strong relationships with stakeholders and helped Lilly's digital strategy team lay the groundwork for future patient experiences.
