Univision's digital presence was built around three big verticals, creating silos that made it hard for users to explore beyond their initial interest. The core audience was aging, and engaging younger generations meant rethinking how the platform worked. I helped lead targeted improvements to navigation, video, recirculation, and engagement features to help users discover more content and stay connected to the brand. In a follow-up project, I helped Univision rethink their entire app ecosystem—five separate native apps that had grown without a clear strategy. I defined the role and value of each app, established a high-level approach to their native application strategy, and delivered specific recommendations and next steps for each platform. The work gave Univision a clearer path forward for reaching and retaining younger audiences across their digital properties.
